Living in a first-world country, I feel that we often take having clean, fresh water for granted. This project definitely gave me some perspective about those who are less fortunate than us. I also found it interesting to see how scientists were solving this problem with some creative solutions like desalination. In addition, I enjoyed using a new program, Canva, to create this project. If I were to do this over again, I would condense my text more so that I could make my picture bigger.

This project was especially enjoyable for me since I like architecture a lot. The building that I selected was designed by one of my favorite architects, Bjarke Ingels. I also thought that this architect would be especially appropriate for this project since he focuses on the design process a lot. During the project, I experimented with the formatting for my slides presentation and I really like the result. If I were to do this project again, I would've included more information about the building process.
For this project I used two cultural sites from the UNESCO World Heritage List. Though they are both listed as cultural sites, they are very different. The site of Delphi is much older than Notre-Dame and built in a very different architectural style. This project was very helpful in learning little tidbits about these famous places. One thing I like about my project is that the facts I chose are intriguing. One thing I would change is adding more embellishments to the project such as frames for the picture.
This project really taught me about Sweden and the Swedish language. By using Google Earth I got a good feel of what Stockholm, Sweden is like without actually having to go there. Also, learning some Swedish nouns taught me about what the language looks and sounds like. It was interesting to find that there are many cognates between these two languages. If I were to do this project again, I would add arrows to my nouns to make sure readers would understand which word each object corresponds to.
